Membership System – This was our 1st software product we built to sell our video tutorials, automatically create passwords, and manage our customers.

Instant Answer Ticket System – Massive customer volumes creates massive sales revenue but it also creates massive support loads. We needed a way to grow multiple businesses at the same time but not have our support load grow as fast as our businesses.

Counting on email sure wasn’t working. In fact, it actually made our

support load worse because too many emails were getting blocked by spam filters so we were doing extra work and still ending up with irate customers.

Live Chat – Even though we could have used an existing solution, there was nothing suited to run multiple websites from one screen, using one operator, and making it appear as though we were running independent businesses.

Affiliate System – The 1Shoppingcart Affiliate system payment method was so painful it inspired us to create our own affiliate program (yes, we used those guys way back then).
